Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower ‘Wings’


1 cup water or soy milk
1 cup flour (any kind will work—even gluten-free!)
2 tsp garlic powder
1 head of cauliflower, chopped into pieces
1 cup barbecue sauce, hot sauce (your favourite sauce!)


1 – Preheat the oven to 450°F / Gar Mark 8.

2 – In a decent sixed bowl mix the water or soy milk, flour, and garlic powder until well combined (no lumps).

3 – Coat the cauliflower pieces with the flour mixture then spead out on a shallow baking tray. Bake for 18 minutes.

4 – Put the sauce in another bowl then dip the cauliflower pieces into the sauce and cover them. They will of course be hot but cool quickly so OK to handle.

5 – Put them back on the baking tray and bake for another 6 minutes.



This is all straight forward other than the sauce. To be honest you can use any sauce you like, I like a hot sauce with a hint of BBQ. As with a my recipes, play around with it until you get it how you like it.
